VENDOR INFORMATION

BOOTH SPACE
One 10ft. x 10ft. space is $75. Additional space is $25 (single vendor expansion only)

BOOTH TENTS
Tents are not provided but are strongly recommended. There is very little shade.

TWO DAY EVENT
This is a weekend event and we require all vendors to participate both days. 

SET UP AND TEAR DOWN
Set up begins Friday at first light. We are onsite throughout for directions and questions. All booths are left overnight Friday and Saturday. This weekend event includes the opening of pumpkin season. The farm remains open until everyone has returned from the field. We require that all vendors remain set up until 5:00pm on Sunday. Vendors have until sundown on Monday to be completely packed out. Out of respect to other vendors we ask that no one leaves early.  

APPLICATION DEADLINE
New applications are accepted as long as there is space available. Space assignments and layout begins a week before the event.

RETURNING VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Returning vendors that commit by July 1st can reserve their old space. Booth space is assigned randomly in all other instances.

PUMPKINS AND FARM DECORATIONS
Our pumpkins, gourds, indian corn, corn stalks and straw bales are available to decorate your booth. In fact, it's encouraged for consistency, color and fun.
